Hi, I’m Mohit Nadkarni.

I’m an entrepreneur, educator, and strategist with a background in neuroscience and clinical research.

My work spans education, business strategy, and organizational development, with a focus on building systems that help people and organizations make better decisions and achieve meaningful outcomes. Before moving more deeply into entrepreneurship and consulting, I worked across neuroscience and healthcare research, studying memory, cognition, neurodevelopment, and patient outcomes.

That research background continues to shape how I approach my work today: analytically, intentionally, and with a strong belief that complex problems become manageable when we understand the systems behind them.
